Who I am:

I am a results-driven operations and client solutions professional with a unique career journey spanning university administration, HR technology, and client account management. I began my career in higher education, leading residential life and housing operations, where I built a strong foundation in leadership, crisis management, and large-scale program execution.

Building on that experience, I transitioned into HR and People Operations, where I became deeply embedded in HR systems, analytics, and process optimization. I have led initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, and workforce analytics, leveraging platforms such as Greenhouse, BambooHR, ChartHop, and Looker Studio to drive efficiency, improve data integrity, and support strategic decision-making.

Today, I serve as a Senior Client Solutions Specialist, partnering directly with clients to optimize HR operations, streamline systems, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. My work sits at the intersection of people, technology, and business strategy—translating complex challenges into clear, actionable outcomes that enhance both operational performance and the overall experience.

At the core of my work is a deep passion for connection. I am driven by building meaningful relationships with clients, colleagues, and friends, and I take pride in being a trusted partner and champion for the success of those I work with. This people-first mindset extends beyond my primary roles—I have spent over 12 years supporting nonprofit fundraising initiatives and 8 years as a licensed massage therapist, both of which have strengthened my ability to connect, listen, and create impactful, human-centered experiences.

I am known for my ability to connect systems with strategy, build strong relationships, and drive continuous improvement. Whether supporting internal teams or external clients, I bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach focused on delivering measurable results while helping others thrive.
